Getting There

Sutton Falls Camp Ground

From I-295
I-295 to Rte 146 North. Bear left at split. Follow rte.146 into Mass. Take exit 5. At end of ramp, turn left onto Whitins Road. After approx. 2 miles, at the intersection with Main St., Whitins Road becomes Manchaug Road. After approx 0.8 miles, Manchaug Road will branch off to the right. Continue on Manchaug Road for another approx. 1.5 miles. Campground will be on your left, with a large wooden sign.

Alternately
I-295 to Rte. 146 North. Bear left at split. Follow rte 146 into Mass. Take exit 7 (Central Turnpike) toward Oxford. Stay on the Central Turnpike for approx 4.5 miles. Turn left onto Manchaug Road. Follow Manchaug Road for 0.9 miles. Campground will be on your right, with a large wooden sign

Saco River Canoe Trip

(from Boston):

I-95 North to Spaulding Turnpike North to Rt. 16 North to Rt. 25 East to Rt. 160 North. At intersection of Rts. 113 and 160, continue 1/2 mile further on Rt. 160. We're on the left, just before the green iron bridge.

From I-95

Follow I-95 to Exit 3B (Rt. 138 West). Follow Rt. 138 through your first traffic light. At the second light (blinking yellow), take a right to continue on Rt. 138. Follow 138 until you see the sign for Yawgoog on your left.

Cachalot Scout Reservation

Take route I-95 S to route I-195 E to the end of I-195. Take route I-495 N to route 58 N. Travel north on route 58 to South Carver, continuing straight when route 58 veers to the left. You will travel into the center of South Carver. After you leave South Carver, turn right onto Cranberry Road and continue into Myles Standish State Forest. When you reach Forest Headquarters, you will encounter a detour because the bridge is out of service. Follow the detour signs around the bridge area. Then follow the signs toward Fearing Pond and Camp Cachalot. The road to Camp Cachalot is the next right after Charge Pond Road

Take I-295 South to I-95 South. Bear left onto route 4 (exit 9). Take exit 5B (Ten Rod Road, Route 102) toward Exeter. Turn left onto route 2 (South County Trail). Follow route 2 for approx. 6.7 miles. Turn left onto Kingstown Road (route 138). Follow Kingstown Road approx. 1.4 miles to Ministerial Road; turn right. Follow Ministerial Road 3 miles to Camp Aquapaug.

Follow Mendon Road south to Broad Street(route 114). Turn left onto Dexter Street (route 123 east). Turn right onto Newport Avenue (route 1A), merge onto Pawtucket Avenue (route 114 south). Bear left onto Pleasant Street (route 114A). Turn left onto Taunton Avenue (route 44). Taunton Avenue becomes Winthrop Street at the Seekonk/Rehoboth town line. Turn right onto Wilmarth Bridge Road, then left onto Pond Street.

Buckhill Reservation

Take I-295 South to route 146 North (exit 9B). Follow route 146 approx 5.4 miles, take exit RI-5 / FORESTDALE / RI-102 / SLATERSVILLE. At the top of the ramp, turn right then left onto route 146A (Great Road) for 1.4 miles. Take route 102 (Victory Highway) for 6.1 miles. Turn right onto Lapham Farm Road. After 1.8 miles, turn right onto route 100 (S. Main Street). Continue to follow route 100 (left onto High Street, right onto Church Street) for another 3.2 miles. Take a slight left onto Buck Hill Road. After approx. 1.6 miles, take a slight left onto Wakefield Road. Proceed approximately 1 mile.

Greenough Scout Reservation

I-195 East to Cape Cod, Route 6 (Mid-Cape Hwy) to Exit 8 - North onto Union Street - second left onto White Rock Road - after intersection take 2nd left onto Pine Street. Camp Greenough will be on your right immediately after crossing the railroad tracks.

Stoney Brook Rod & Gun Club

Mendon Road (rte 122) south to Front Street (rte 123), Lincoln. Turn right onto Front Street. After 1/10th of a mile, turn left onto Lower Road. The club is approximately 200 feet down from Front Street

Archer's Lane

Mendon Road (rte 122) north to I-295. North on I-295 to exit 1 (Emerald Sq. Mall), North Attleborough. Through 5 lights. Archer's Lane is on the right, behind Babe's Place Restaurant.

Woonsocket YMCA

Mendon Road (rte 122) north toward Woonsocket. After route 99, bear left at fork onto Cumberland Street. After approx. 0.5 miles, turn left onto Social Street (ONE WAY). After approx. 0.5 miles, bear left into Market Square. After 100 feet, turn left onto Federal Road (ONE WAY). The main entrance to the Y is on the left side of the street, parking is in the rear of the building.
